In terms of sheer bug-eyed psychonaut chutzpah (I mean, he does appear to be wearing a baggy green velour jersey), you really have to hand it to Terence McKenna. At the time I heard him jamming with the Shamen I thought he was a bit of a gimp, but in retrospect he was a wonderful example of what happens if you take waaay too many drugs: you end up not quite living in the real world, but instead one that is much more interesting.
As for TimeZero theory, it's not in the least bit true, but given the current state of standard reality, I'm all for it.
