Just wanting to say "thank you" to everyone who has sent their commiserations.
And yes, I did turn comments of on purpose. And again now.

My dad died yesterday. It's hard to sort out in my head, so I'm posting it here.
I'm off to Auckland tomorrow for the funeral and to sort things out with my family.
