YOU ARE FIRE!
Your inner element is one of great passion and
intensity. You are a dramatic person who loves
attention and knows how to get it. You tend to
have many
friends and admirers around you wherever you go.
You have a strong intellect, tend to have
strong opinions on issues close to your heart
and don't know the meaning of tact. You are
generally an active person who loves sports and
all things competitive... and you like to win!
Any career that will bring you the attention
you crave and uses your talents of persuasion
is ideal for you. Love tends to elude you
frequently - you can more easily find passion
or good friendship than true love. When you do
finally fall in love... you fall with all your
heart. However, when it comes to the passion
end of things, you are second to none.
Your greatest strengths are your courage to express
yourself no matter what and your incredible
charisma. You weaknesses are a tendency to
narcissism and the possibility of alienating
others with your forwardness. Balancing your
strengths and weaknesses is crucial for you to
achieve balance in your life.
Astrologically, Fire is associated with the signs
of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. You are most
compatible for either love or friendship with
another Fire Elemental or with an Air. You are
least compatible with a Water Elemental.
Now that you have an idea of your strengths and
weaknesses, why don't you put them to the test?
If you follow my lead I can take you to a game
world where you can explore different sides of
yourself and taste real power....
...and all
the world can be yours.
Which of the 5 Prime Elements are you?

What a load of shit.
The name of the water picture is "1065842131_twater-sm2.jpg".
Hee. "Twater". Hee.
Posted by: davidr at November 11, 2003 11:43 AMWhich makes me wonder: what's the fifth element? Surely not "ether" or (shudder) "love"?
Posted by: davidr at November 11, 2003 11:45 AMIsn't it Milla Jovavich?
Posted by: pearce at November 11, 2003 12:18 PMThe fifth element is:
"Well, well... you are the mysterious Fifth Element! The Fifth Element, Ether, is used or conjured in many ancient religions or magics, but is not something found on this plane. Those that have been able to make the ascension to the Ether are truly evolved people, possessed with heightened senses of intelligence, perception, and empathy that others simply don't have. Everyday possessions aren't of much interest - you are beyond that. You tend to gravitate to open spaces, changing environments, and won't saddle yourself with one style or decision. Indeed, just one type of career isn't of interest to you either, as your need to constantly continue evolving and growing won't allow you to settle down. Sadly, this need may also impact your social life as well. You tend to have few friends as not many people understand you, and fewer relationships because you simply outgrow them.
"Don't be discouraged by this, though. You are truly one of the unique, for very few people have been able to achieve this type of enlightenment. Be proud and use your knowledge and experiences to teach and help others as much as you can. Good luck and congratulations!
"Now that you have an idea of your strengths and weaknesses, why don't you put them to the test? If you follow my lead I can take you to a game world where you can explore different sides of yourself and taste real power. Just follow my lead, enter a name...
"...and all the world can be yours."
Apparently that's me. But I'm not worried, because if it's true I'll soon evolve into something else, something better. Sheesh.
Posted by: Jamie at November 12, 2003 7:18 AMI am also Ether.
Posted by: homonigger at November 12, 2003 4:09 PMwell, ti were always gonna be ether, not love. In terms of obsolete physics and chemistry, love is coupled with strife as one of the two "forces". We laugh at this hippy bullshit till noting that the terms "attraction" and "repulsion" continue to be valid... as for ether, once you get away from Reich-style organon-style ether, it was mainly conceived of as the element beyond the sublunary world. Grease for the stars....
Posted by: jump in a volcano at November 12, 2003 5:28 PMEther was also the proverbial "quintessence" if my 6th form Classics bears me out.
Posted by: davidr at November 12, 2003 7:19 PM"The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. And I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon."

The description for ether sounds like it should start off with a sub-heading entitled 'nobody understands you' as it sounds like a prescription for reconnecting with the inner angsty teenager.
